Arrow Capital Partners fully lets 54,000 square metre logistics development in Bremen to BlackForxx

Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist developer, investor, and credit provider to real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has fully let Arrow Point Bremen, a 54,000 square metre logistics asset it developed speculatively as part of its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus.

The entire development in Bremen has been pre-let to BlackForxx, a subsidiary of supply chain solutions company Kion Group, on a long-term lease. The company will use the site to trade and refurbish used material handling equipment, including forklifts and warehouse trucks, and will take occupancy once the site is handed over in the third quarter of 2026.

To mark the occasion, a groundbreaking ceremony will be held at the site on Wednesday, 7 January, attended by the Mayor of Bremen, local dignitaries and representatives from BlackForxx, KION, STILL, Arrow and Cerberus, as well as a member of the executive board of the German Sustainable Business Council (DGNB).
