Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, is planning a sustainable logistics development totalling 89,000 square meters in Duisburg, Germany, for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
The development will comprise five logistics halls and 21 light industrial units across two schemes, to be called Arrow Point Duisburg West and Arrow Park Duisburg West. Arrow Point Duisburg West will provide more than 51,000 square meters of logistics space, while Arrow Park Duisburg West will offer 38,000 square meters of light industrial space.
