Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist developer, investor and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has completed a lease at its newly refurbished warehouse in Daganzo de Arriba, Madrid.
Pe.tra, an international transportation and logistics services provider, has taken 11,509 square meters of logistics space at the property. This represents pe.tra’s first site in Madrid as it grows its presence across Europe.
The asset comprises 69,167 square meters of logistics space divided into units ranging from 5,000 square meters to 15,000 square meters and recently underwent a comprehensive refurbishment programme. Significant improvements were implemented throughout the property, including the achievement of an upgraded ‘Medium 5’ fire rating.
