AXA IM Alts has sold a €300 million portfolio of Spanish properties to IBA Capital Partners and Batipart Europe.
The portfolio includes a 60,000 square meter office complex at Ramírez de Prado 5 in Madrid, a 6,000 square meter office in Ramirez de Arellano, Madrid, a 35,000 square meter logistics asset in Barcelona, and a plot of industrial development land in Barcelona.
