BlackRock has secured Sweden's most advanced parcel terminal through a forward-funding agreement, acquiring the 35,000 square metres facility from Infrahubs before construction completion in a deal that underscores institutional appetite for modern logistics infrastructure.
The terminal, strategically located in Vaggeryd, Jönköping County, will boast Sweden's highest parcel processing capacity at 25,000 parcels per hour when operational in Q1 2028.
