CapMan Real Estate and Strawberry agree on four lease extensions, three full renovations and one rebranding

CapMan Real Estate and Strawberry have renewed the lease agreements for four key hotels in their portfolio in Norway. The new agreements include ambitious renovation plans.

These four hotels carry significant Strawberry history and will remain part of the portfolio going forward. Quality Hotel Entry in Kolbotn was among the very first hotels acquired by Petter A. Stordalen when he began building the hotel company. The lease has now been extended for another ten years.

Another hotel with a rich history is Clarion Hotel Ernst in Kristiansand, which first opened its doors in 1858. Here, the lease has been extended for 20 years with an option for an additional ten.

In the north, Strawberry and CapMan have agreed to continue their collaboration on two hotels currently under the Home Hotel brand. While Home Hotel With will keep its brand and popular concept of including breakfast, fika and dinner, the neighbouring hotel will be rebranded as Comfort Hotel Aurora.
