Europa, in joint venture with Panattoni, announces that it has fully let 230,000 square feet of Grade A logistics space at Panattoni Park J28 Central M1 to Alloga, a specialist pharmaceutical logistics provider, which is part of Cencora.
The asset comprises two units totalling 575,000 square feet of high-specification, sustainable logistics space, with BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings. Alloga, who already has a dominant presence at the junction occupying over 1 million square feet, will occupy an entire 230,000 square feet unit. This new letting further strengthens the tenant mix and brings the overall asset to 100% occupancy. The second 345,000 square feet unit is fully occupied by Super Smart Services, a Chinese 3PL operator.
