Europa, a pioneer in pan-European real estate investment, announces the appointment of Julia Ashford as Head of Performance Analytics in what is a newly created role designed to leverage the power of data analysis to further enhance performance.
Based in London, Julia will provide the business with the bespoke analytical frameworks to measure and drive performance across Europa’s investments.
Julia brings more than 20 years’ experience in performance analysis, financial modelling and accounting and joins from PATRIZIA where she most recently held the position of Head of Performance Analytics. She is also Chair of the Performance Measurement Committee at INREV. Julia started her career as an accountant and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
