HIH Invest and Urban Partners have leased 19,000 square metres of logistics and office space in Herten, Germany to Goodcang Logistics GmbH on a long-term basis. The company is part of the CIRRO Group and provides global fulfilment and logistics solutions. In May 2025, HIH Invest, in a joint venture with Logicenters, the modern logistics specialist owned by Urban Partners, acquired the logistics development project at Emscherbruch 16 in Herten from the E-Gruppe, which also acted as project developer. Herten was the joint venture’s first acquisition and forms part of its current portfolio of six acquisitions.
