London, 7 February 2023 - M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has let c. 8,500 sq m of space at its multi-let warehouse asset, Litauen Allé 4, in Taastrup, an established distribution hub near Copenhagen, Denmark, to Heka Dental A/S, the leading supplier of dental treatment centers in Scandinavia.
