Niam Real Estate has acquired a residential asset in Denmark’s capital for an unspecified amount.
The Nordic fund manager said the asset in central Copenhagen was acquired from a “global investment and asset management company”.
The 96-unit residential complex was completed in 2024 and provides a mix of short-term and longterm housing options.
Niam said the property fits in with its strategy of buying well-located Nordic housing in areas with high demand. The firm plans to add value to the property through hands-on management.
