Niam is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Danish speciality property management company Futurum ApS. With its team of 25 employees, Futurum holds a deep segment expertise complemented with all necessary systems and processes in place for residential management.
Futurum is headquartered in Fredericia, ideally located in the Triangle Region of Denmark, and is specialized in managing residentials in the regional cities of Denmark. It will now be a wholly owned subsidiary within the Nordhusene Group.
