The new position follows a move to open an office in Frankfurt in 2021, after those of Zurich and Milan. Schrecker brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, both in Germany and on an international level. He reports directly to Antoine Castro, chairman and CEO.
Schrecker was head of Aoakore, a private equity and high net worth advisory firm active in the European real estate sector. He previously held several senior management positions within German and international real estate companies, including Corestate Capital Advisors as head of projects and development Europe, DIC Onsite, and Morgan in its MSREF team.
