Planning permission has been granted by the building control authority of the Gießen district for two new logistics facilities on the site at Am Pfahlgraben 4–10, 35415 Pohlheim. With these planned new developments, the Periskop Logistics Fund is continuing its strategy of creating value within its existing portfolio. Space is currently still available and occupier requirements can be taken into account.
The two projects will comprise approximately 12,000 and 8,000 square metres respectively and will meet the latest technical and environmental standards.
