European real estate fund manager Redevco has added a prime multi-user logistics park in Duisburg to its German portfolio.
The investment manager acquired the 30,000 square meters asset, developed by Garbe Industrial Real Estate, for an undisclosed sum.
The latest deal brings Redevco’s total logistics platform to approximately 15msqft and €1.05 billion in assets under management across 40 properties, building on its recent logistics investments in Germany, Spain and the UK, the manager said.
