Fleetwood, who joined Redevco in the beginning of this year, will report to CEO Andrew Vaughan and is tasked to further streamline the firm’s value creation activities.
Said Vaughan: ‘Chris has built a strong track record in urban development over the last 20 years. This expertise combined with his insights in how to generate even greater impact, is crucial in fulfilling our mission.’
Fleetwood takes over from Thierry Cahierre, who combined the function of head of global asset and development management with his roles of co-head client & fund management and fund director for the portfolios of one of Redevco’s key clients.
Cahierre will continue to focus on the transformation of the firm’s proprietary property portfolio and other key goals.
