Revelop advances Brommaplan in-fill development – planning formally initiated by the City of Stockholm

Revelop has taken the next step in the in-fill development of Brommaplan following the Stockholm City Planning Committee’s approval of the start memorandum (start-PM), formally initiating the planning process.

Brommaplan is a district center in the Bromma borough of Western Stockholm. It acts as a crucial connection point for the metro and numerous bus lines, particularly toward Ekerö and the western parts of Stockholm, with roughly 70,000 people passing through daily. The approved start-PM covers a blueprint of approximately 45,000 square metres of gross floor area (GFA), and will enable about 190 residential units, along with necessity retail, services, cultural and leisure venues, as well as office spaces.

Revelop has been active around Brommaplan for many years and is now progressing the development blueprint for the area in close collaboration with the City. Revelop is adopting an in-fill development structure utilizing the existing built environment to add qualities and strengthen the area over time.
