Aleksander Loster, an expert with more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, has joined the Polish investment team of international real estate advisor Savills with immediate effect.
He has been appointed as director in Savills Poland investment team, headed by Mark Richardson since 2023. In his new role, he will be responsible for working with international investment funds during the sale and acquisition of retail, industrial, warehouse and alternative assets.
Prior to joining Savills, Loster was senior investment manager at Atrium Real Estate having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield. Loster also cofounded a boutique investment advisory agency Pro Value.
Over the course of his career spanning over 20 years, he has advised on more than €1.88 billion worth of transactions in the retail sector and PRS.
