The Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) has raised £400 million (€478 million) in new equity, lifting its total value past £1 billion as it advances towards a £1.5 billion target by 2028. The Tritax-managed vehicle, which holds a 22-asset portfolio across Greater London, said it expects to secure a further £150 million in equity over the next 12 months. TLLF’s latest fundraise attracted international institutional capital from Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, the US and the Netherlands, bringing total international participation in the fund to 70%.
