Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme have, through their joint venture, completed the sale of Banehaverne, a residential development in Glostrup/Brøndby, to M&G Real Estate.
The transaction concerns a residential scheme comprising 56,000 square metres and 667 rental units, located across the municipal border between Glostrup and Brøndby. The project has been developed as a transformation of a former industrial area into a new residential neighbourhood with good transportation options and access to both urban amenities and nature.
