At this year’s AGM, the members approved two new additions to the INREV Management Board, the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2025.
The Management Board, led by Lucy Fletcher (Chair) and Jessica Hardman (Vice-Chair) now includes:
- Jerome Berenz, PIMCO Prime Real Estate
- John O'Driscoll, BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts
Both Jerome and John have been active members of INREV, having previously served on the Investor Advisory Council and the Fund Manager Advisory Council, respectively.
In other changes, Amilcar Grot, a.s.r. real asset investment partners, Jaap van der Bijl, Altera Vastgoed and Keith O'Donnell, ATOZ, have been re-elected to the Board.
A special thanks to Rainer Komenda and Rob Wilkinson who rotate off the board.
