The Q3 2025 performance of the INREV German Vehicles Index increased slightly to 0.09%, up from 0.07% in Q2. The Q3 2025 release includes 199 vehicles with a combined GAV of €184.6 billion.
Key highlights:
- At 0.33% Spezialfonds outperformed, while Publikumsfonds delivered their second consecutive quarter of negative returns (-0.11% in Q3)
- At 0.23%, vehicles focused on Germany delivered their third consecutive quarter of positive performance and outperformed the other geographical strategies
- Industrial/logistics funds outperformed the other single sector specialists, while office funds delivered their lowest performance since Q4 2014
- INREV German Vehicles Analysis Tool has been enhanced, allowing members to create custom indices based on the sample of 184 Spezialfonds. Custom indices can be created by applying filters of regional, country, and sector strategies or combinations of any of those.
