The Q1 2025 performance of the INREV German Vehicles Index increased to 0.23%, up from 0.19% in Q4 2024. The Q1 2025 release includes 110 vehicles with a combined GAV of €191.1 billion. This quarter’s release covers the largest sample at the time of the release since the Q2 2022 publication.
Key highlights:
- Spezialfonds outperformed Publikumsfonds for the second consecutive quarter, with 0.31% and 0.16%, respectively
- Europe, excluding Germany, focused funds outperformed the other geographical strategies for the third consecutive quarter
- At 0.15%, the Germany-focused funds turned positive in Q1 after two quarters of negative returns
- Industrial / logistics and office specialist funds outperformed in Q1, with 0.42% and 0.43%, respectively.
