The INREV Business Plan 2023-2025 is out now as approved by the Management Board. The document is an important strategic tool to help guide and shape all activities for the coming three years and takes into account input from the membership and committees together with the latest market trends.

- ESG is still high on the agenda ahead of the new wave of ESG regulations coming into effect in 2023 and the high demand for ESG performance data.
- A thought leadership series of short and to-the-point insights on what is happening in the market and where non-listed real estate stands as an asset class.
- An upscaled education offering to meet the high demand for quality industry training courses, with all courses set to become CPD certified in 2023.
- Launch of the ‘INREV Consensus Indicator’; an evolution of the current Quarterly Market Insights series
- Practical support to implement the revised INREV Guidelines, which will be available in January 2023.
