Data collection has started for the Management Fees and Terms Study, one of INREV’s most-downloaded reports. The study explores fees and costs of European non-listed real estate vehicles in 2022, with a focus on the Total Global Expense Ratio (TGER) and Real Estate Expense Ratio (REER). This study increases transparency and helps with understanding the fee and cost structure within the industry.
You can provide the data for this Study by logging into the INREV Data Platform using your main site credentials. Under the Status column, please click on MF&T Reporting Year 2022 to provide the information.
A new feature on the data platform is the ability to view and download the 2021 and 2022 data. The deadline for data is 20 September 2023 and the study will be published in early November 2023.
