We’re pleased to introduce a new INREV Academy course: Designing and Operating Real Estate Vehicles, a six-week online training created for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in designing, managing and reporting on real estate investment vehicles. Running from 15 April to 20 May 2026, this programme offers a unique opportunity to build practical skills while connecting with peers from across the European non-listed real estate industry.
Following the full lifecycle of a real estate investment vehicle, the course uses the INREV Guidelines as a consistent framework to explore industry best practices. Led by Michael Hornsby, the programme combines conceptual understanding with applied learning, offering insights that translate directly into day-to-day operations.
Key topics include:
- Vehicle design, governance, liquidity considerations, and investor documentation
- Operational processes, including valuation cycles and calculating INREV NAV
- Annual and interim reporting requirements, including performance measurement ratios, INREV’s fees and expense metrics, and the role of the INREV SDDS and ESG SDDS tools
