ODCE funds exhibit notably lower TGERs than other funds with a multi country-multi sector strategy

INREV is pleased to report that all 16 ODCE funds, as at the end of 2022, have participated in this year’s ODCE Management and Fees Terms publication. This publication is a subset of the broader Management Fees and Terms Study. The average reported Total Global Expense Ratio (TGER) for ODCE funds for 2022 was 0.97% based on GAV and 1.30% based on NAV.

Key highlights include:

  • ODCE segment shows a high level of uniformity and consistency in fees and costs
  • Hardly any performance fees among European ODCE funds
  • Property acquisition costs deviate the most compared to other core funds
