Steady progress in INREV Guidelines compliance for investor reporting

The Trends in Investor Reporting Study from December 2024 reveals that aggregated compliance with the INREV Guidelines has reached 89%, highlighting consistent improvements in providing timely and relevant information to investors.

This reflects steady adherence to reporting standards and sustained adoption of the INREV Guidelines across key modules.

Key highlights include: 

  • Reporting module: Compliance reached 86%.
  • Sustainability module: Achieved the highest compliance at 98%, a significant improvement from 85% in 2021 for the recommended sustainability guidelines.
  • Property Valuation module: Maintained one of the highest compliance levels at 97%.
  • Performance Measurement module: Reported compliance stood at 86%.
  • INREV NAV: Adopted by 91% of participating funds.
  • Fees and Expense Metrics module: Compliance increased to 87%, up from 85% in 2021, including metrics such as TGER and REER.
