The ESG Standard Data Delivery Sheet (SDDS), launched in November 2023, is designed to standardise the collection and reporting of ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for non-listed real estate investment vehicles.
INREV has updated its KPI reference mapping to reflect recent changes and the latest identifiers from several frameworks, including EPRA, GRESB, GRI, and IFRS S2. The update also incorporates the RICS ESG data list for real estate valuations. The mapping is reviewed annually to ensure relevance and support the industry in adapting to the evolving ESG reporting landscape.
