The INREV All Funds Index total return improved to 1.70% in the Q4 2020, up from 0.96% recorded in the previous quarter, according to the results of the INREV Quarterly Index Q4 2020.
Key highlights of the INREV Quarterly Index Q4 2020:
- The Q4 2020 revealed by far the strongest performance of the year, with the INREV All Funds Index total return closer to the pre-pandemic levels
- Core funds outperformed value added with returns of 1.80% versus -0.06%, respectively
- Germany focused single country funds and funds with multi country strategies outperformed, with Q4 returns of 2.94% and 1.84% respectively.
- Industrial/Logistics funds delivered the strongest Q4 performances of all at 5.26%
