This one-and-a-half-day course led by industry experts John Ravoisin (PwC), Jef Holland (Deloitte) and Constantin Sorlescu (INREV), will equip you with a better understanding of market best practices and examples for adjustments, calculations, and practical challenges. You will also have the opportunity to share your NAV examples and queries with INREV prior to the course, so they can be discussed during the training.

The course will cover the following topics:
- Analysis of the INREV NAV Guidelines module
- Reporting aspects of the INREV Guidelines which are used to calculate the INREV NAV
- Detailed adjustments and advanced calculation examples
- Common challenges when producing calculations
- Reporting requirements for investor reports and the SDDS
All participants must complete a 60 minute eLearning module as a prerequisite to this course. Thereafter, your NAV knowledge will be tested via a small case study.
This course is CPD-approved and will credit towards your continued professional development as well as the INREV/Henley Certificate in non-listed real estate.
