Autumn Conference 2026 - FAQs

INREV membership is at a corporate level. To provide as many members as possible with the opportunity to attend the conference, INREV offers a limited number of seats per member company. Please read this carefully.

• Investment managers, investment banks, and service providers are guaranteed one seat per membership. 
• Investor and multi manager members are guaranteed two seats per membership.

These seats are guaranteed until Wednesday, 7 October, 17:00 CET. No confirmations will be sent out before this date and time.

No. We offer all our members the opportunity to register for their guaranteed seat(s) until Wednesday, 7 October, 17:00 CET. After this, allocation of seats is at INREV’s discretion.

The conference programme will be available on our website here once it is available.

Yes. The following individual representatives are entitled to a personal seat:   

• Committee members 
• ASPIRE attendees

These seats are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else. 

These personal seats are guaranteed until Wednesday, 7 October, 17:00 CET. No confirmations will be sent out before this date and time.

We will send out the first batch of confirmation emails during the week of 12 October.

Yes. We have planned an evening programme for Monday 23 November. We would like to invite you to a welcome dinner at the conference hotel starting at 19:00. Guests can look forward to an informal walking dinner with drinks and plenty of opportunities to network.

We recommend waiting to book your travel until you have received your official confirmation. However, if you are certain of being confirmed—for example, you have a personal guaranteed seat or a corporate guaranteed seat and you have registered before the deadline of 7 October —you may book your travel, but you do so at your own risk.

It is possible to register additional representatives for the Autumn Conference. However, these members can only register for the waiting list. You can indicate that you are registering for a waiting list seat via the registration form.  

Unfortunately, we cannot. It is our policy to ensure all members have an equal opportunity to attend the Autumn Conference.

Cancellation policy and no-show policy

• There is no charge for cancellations until 30 October 2026 17:00 CET.
• Cancellations received after 30 October 2026 17:00 CET will be charged the full cancellation fee of €750
• Participants who do not show up at the event (no show), will be charged a €750 no-show fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate changes in plans. However, we want to inform you that INREV has entered into contracts and agreements with various service providers and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of this event.

Therefore cancellations, regardless of the circumstances or reason, received after 30 October 17:00 CET will be charged the full cancellation fee of €750.

No, the person who wishes to register must be logged into their individual account to do so. 

We aim to inform those on the waiting list if their registration has been successful or not from 19 October onwards. 

No. Allocation of seats from the waiting list is at INREV’s discretion to ensure the attendees list reflects the overall membership.
