Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, credit provider, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has completed a lease agreement totalling 98,000 square meters in Spain.
Transgourmet, a European wholesale food distributor, has renewed its lease at three assets in several cities across the country. Transgourmet is a longstanding occupier of the properties, which are part of Arrow’s portfolio for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
The warehouses are located in the consolidated logistics markets of Girona, Tarragona and Málaga. All three markets provide excellent national and continental transport connections by road, alongside easy access to major international transport hubs.
