- Pan-European core funds results available 15 days after quarter end
INREV has released the first edition of its new ODCE Flash Report, providing an early snapshot of performance across European open end diversified core equity (ODCE) funds.
Developed to meet investors’ growing need for faster access to performance data, the Flash Report is the first of its kind in the market. It provides preliminary results just 15 business days after quarter end and indicates the broad direction of travel ahead of the comprehensive ODCE Index, which will continue to be released eight weeks after quarter end.
Headline results from the Q3 2025 Flash Report indicate an uptick in performance:
- Total return: 0.71% (up from 0.22% in Q2)
- Capital growth: -0.09% (up from -0.58 % in Q2)
- Distributed income: 0.80% (stable relative to Q2)
Results are based on a sample representing a NAV of €23.8 billion. These are preliminary results and subject to revision in the full ODCE Index publication.
