Antin Infrastructure Partners is acquiring European data centre platform NorthC Datacenters from DWS and other minority shareholders for an unspecified sum.
Antin is buying the colocation data centre operator on behalf of Flagship Fund V, its €10.2 billion fifth flagship fund which seek controlling equity investments in the energy and environment, telecom, transport and social infrastructure sectors in Europe and North America.
Antin said it will be investing alongside NorthC CEO Alexandra Schless and the company’s existing management team.
