AEW and Trammell Crow Company have acquired a site in Germany to develop an 11,000 square feet last-mile urban industrial facility.
The partnership has acquired the 16,750 square feet site on the outskirts of Munich, for an undisclosed sum, marking the sixth German project for AEW’s urban light-industrial platform, ULLIS.
The ULLIS Park Munich South project in Taufkirchen is expected to be completed and ready for tenant occupation by late 2026.
