How old should I be to sign up for the programme?

Applicants must be above 33 years old. If you are below this age, please check out our Young Professionals offerings.

Do I need to be in a leadership or management role to apply?

No, you do not. INREV ASPIRE (33+) is designed to support experienced professionals across a range of roles and career paths, whether or not they currently manage teams.

How will INREV select successful applicants?

Applications will be assessed based on professional experience, motivation, and alignment with the programme objectives. No more than 1 successful applicant per member organisation will be selected. When will I be informed about my application status?

We aim to inform all registrants if their applications have been successful before 1 April 2026.

Please visit the dedicated pages above for further information.

What does the programme fee cover?

The fee of €1100 will cover costs for the training course on 27–28 May 2026 in London, as well as the group dinner. The fee will also cover the exclusive INREV ASPIRE (33+) drinks reception at the INREV Autumn Conference. Participants must arrange their own travel and accommodation for both the course and the event.

What does getting a guaranteed personal seat for the Autumn Conference mean?

Successful applicants will receive a guaranteed personal seat for the INREV Autumn Conference, with an invitation to an exclusive INREV ASPIRE (33+) drinks reception ahead of the welcome dinner and conference. This does not affect your company’s entitlement to a guaranteed corporate seat, which is separate.
