Urban Partners, announced the divestment of more than €1 billion of logistics assets across two separate transactions on behalf of its funds NSF III, NSF IV, NSF V and NIP. Interest from both domestic and international investors highlights continued demand for Nordic logistics, characterised by increased e-commerce penetration, rental growth and an undersupply of modern assets.
The first deal was with Catena, acquiring a 612,000 square meters portfolio of 20 properties across Sweden, Denmark and Finland for €830 million, marking the firm’s entry into the Finnish market.
The second transaction was the sale of a 118,000 square meters portfolio of five assets across Sweden and Denmark to Ontario Teachers’, together with its operating partner, Fokus Nordic.
