Arrow Capital Partners acquires 304,000 square foot Wolverhampton logistics facility

Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist developer, investor and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has completed the acquisition of a logistics facility near Wolverhampton for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.

The asset totals 304,000 square feet of logistics space across two units. The units comprise a high-bay warehouse with a 17 metre clear height completed in 2022, alongside an original warehouse with an 8m clear height dating from the 1990s. The facility is situated on a large, secure site with extensive yard areas.

The property, called Willenhall 300, was acquired in an off-market transaction from Nationworld Ltd and is fully let to BJS Distribution Storage and Couriers Limited, an established distribution and logistics business based in the Midlands.

Strategically located close to Junction 10 of the M6, Willenhall 300 enables excellent connections to the M5, M42, M1 and M40. The facility is positioned three miles from Wolverhampton and 15 miles from Birmingham, providing access to around 1.5 million people within a 30-minute drive time.
