Real asset manager CBRE Investment Management and Moda Living have launched a UK single-family housing strategy with an initial £400 million (€460 million) capital allocation. The partnership will focus on the development and operation of single-family housing, with plans to scale the portfolio to £2 billion in value over time. Growth will be driven by third-party acquisitions alongside exclusive access to a residential land bank of over 25,000 plots controlled by Moda’s parent company, Caddick Group.
