We are pleased to confirm that the next cohort of mentees has been selected for the INREV Young Professionals Mentorship Programme 2026–2027. Congratulations to all successful applicants, who have now been informed and will soon begin their mentorship journey.
Running from July 2026 to June 2027, the programme connects young professionals aged up to 32 with senior industry leaders, offering a unique opportunity to develop the skills and insight needed to progress in the non-listed real estate industry.
Over the year, mentees will work closely with their mentor and peers to explore career development goals and strengthen key soft skills, including communication, strategic thinking and stakeholder management. Each participant is placed in a small group, creating a supportive environment for open discussion, shared learning and professional growth.
