Quantum is continuing to pursue its growth strategy in the Danish residential market: acting on behalf of a separately managed account, Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired the residential property Bernhards Have in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The complex comprises 46 residential units with a total lettable area of approximately 4,550 square meters and was completed in 2021. The vendors are two private families.
