Manova Partners, an international real estate investment manager, has acquired a manufacturing and logistics property in the Greater Nashville area, Tennessee, USA. The asset, known as Gateway 65, was completed in 2025 and is fully leased. It serves as the North American headquarters of a global leader in industrial protection and safety solutions. The lease has a remaining term of ten years. Manova Partners acquired the property on behalf of a separate account mandate. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
