Join us online from 15 September to 27 October 2026, as we cover the full lifecycle of a non-listed real estate vehicle: from initial design, through day-to-day operations, to best-in-class reporting.
This six-week online programme follows the lifecycle of a real estate investment vehicle, applying the INREV Guidelines as a common framework. Plus, you’ll get to connect with industry peers across Europe and APAC.
Led by Michael Hornsby (course leader) and Constantin Sorlescu (INREV), the course will cover:
- Vehicle design, governance, liquidity, and launch considerations
- Vehicle operations, including valuation cycles and INREV NAV
- Annual and interim reporting, including performance measurement ratios, fees and expense metrics, and INREV SDDS & ESG SDDS tools
The course is designed for mid-career professionals, particularly those in finance, reporting and fund management roles. It also includes highly relevant topics for advisors, such as auditors or consultants, as well as other professionals who will benefit from a wider understanding of how real estate investment vehicles are designed and operated across their full lifecycle.
