The INREV Living Fund Index posted a total return of 0.96% in Q2 2026, down from 2.43% a quarter earlier. The composition of the Index expanded by two additional funds compared to the third release. This release includes 54 vehicles with a combined GAV of €70.2 billion as of Q2 2026.
Key highlights:
- At 1.73%, UK living focused funds outperformed the other geographical strategies and delivered their highest performance since Q2 2023
- At 2.79%, student housing funds posted their highest total return since Q3 2024, outperforming their residential peers for the first time since Q1 2025
- The capital growth declined by 177 bps to 0.27% in Q2 2026, the lowest since Q1 2024
- Value added funds delivered a total return of 2.17% this quarter and outperformed their core peer.
