Quantum is continuing to implement its European strategy and has taken another significant step with the acquisition of ‘Quayside Quarter’ from Greystar. On behalf of a club of institutional investors, Quantum has acquired a high-quality residential property comprising 268 rental apartments in the North Docks. At the same time, the acquisition lays the foundations for establishing a new Quantum location in Dublin.
On behalf of a club of institutional investors based in Berlin, Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired Quayside Quarter in Dublin from Greystar, marking its entry into the Irish market. Quayside Quarter comprises 268 rental apartments across eight buildings within the 13-acre waterfront Dublin Landings mixed-use development in Dublin’s North Docks. Residents benefit from a range of on-site amenities and the scheme also includes 210 underground car parking spaces and 300 bicycle spaces. The wider development incorporates offices, shops, restaurants and open spaces, with connections to Dublin’s business district.
