Manova Partners has sold a fully let cross-dock logistics asset in Gonesse, comprising around 13,000 square metres, to an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in an off-market transaction. The property is located at a key transport hub in the Val-d’Oise department of the Greater Paris region. The lease with the long-standing occupier was recently renewed.
