Acer Bostad, the Swedish residential platform backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Gordion Capital, has acquired a 27,500-square-metre 805-home rental project in Greater Stockholm from the EQT Real Estate II fund for an undisclosed sum.
Acer Bostad has completed the acquisition of 417 finished rental units at Campus Flemingsberg, with a further 388 units currently under construction expected to be completed in 2027.
