Redevco’s European Retail Parks fund has acquired the Elisen Park retail park in Greifswald, Germany, from Patrizia for approximately €75 million. The asset comprises a total lettable area of around 45,000 square metres. It is fully let to tenants including Real, MediaMarkt, and OBI. The transaction marks the property's first sale since its initial development.
