Homes England’s National Housing Bank has committed £70m (€84m) to Fiera Real Estate UK and Packaged Living’s recently created single-family rental platform. The equity injection brings the investment capacity of the open-ended vehicle, FRESH, to £200m as it targets the creation of a £1bn portfolio of family rental homes across the UK.
